मुसलमानों की दूधमाता पत्नियां !

माता हरेक रूप में पूज्यनीय होती है .चाहे वह जन्म देने वाली माता हो ,या बालक को अपना दूध पिलाकर उसका पालन पोषण करने वाली माता हो.भगवान कृष्ण को माता यशोदा ने अपना दूध पिलाकर बाधा किया था .इसलिए लोग माता देवकी से माता यशोदा अधिक जानते हैं .क्योंकि यशोदा ने अपना दूध पिलाकर कृष्ण को महापुरुष बना दिया .यही कारण की लोग माँ के दूध शपथ लेते हैं . 
इसी तरह मुहम्मद की माता "आमिना آمنه" ने मुहम्मद को एक बद्दू महिला दायी ( wet nurse ) हलीमा बिन्त जुयेब حليمه بنت ضُعيب"के पास दूध पिलाने के लिए दे दिया था .और हलीमा ने अपना दूध पिलाकर मुहम्मद को बड़ा किया था .मुहम्मद हलीमा को माँ के सामान आदर देता था .और जब हलीमा गुजर गयी तो उसे अपने खानदानी कब्रिस्तान "जन्नतुल बाकि جنت البقي" में आदर से दफना दिया था.इसका विवरण इन हदीसों में है -
सही बुखारी -जिल्द 2 किताब 13 हदीस 22 ,और सही मुस्लिम -किताब 1 हदीस 311 
1 -दूध के रिश्ते का महत्त्व 
इसलाम में दूध का रिश्ता ( milk kinship ) पवित्र मन जाता है .शरियत में इसे "रिजा رضاء" या " रिजायह رضاعه" कहा जाता . और दूध पीने वालों को "महरम محرم" कहा जाता है .और महरम के साथ शादी अथवा शारीरिक सम्बन्ध बनाना हराम और अपराध माना जाता है .कुरान में ऐसी स्त्री से सहवास करना मना किया  है ,जिसका दूध पिया हो .कुरान में लिखा है -


"حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ -الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَائِكُمْ " 4:23
"तुम पर हराम की गयी हैं ,वह स्त्रियाँ जिन्होंने तुम्हें दूध पिलाया हो ,और सभी दूध शरीक बहिने " सूरा -निसा 4 :23 
इसके अलावा हदीसों में भी दूध के रिश्ते की मर्यादा रखने की हिदायत दी गयी है .उसके उदहारण दिए जा रहे हैं -
2-हदीसों में दूध के रिश्ते का लिहाज 
"आयशा ने कहा कि,जब अफालाह ने मुझ से मिलाने की इजाजत मांगी तो मैंने मना कर दिया ,तब अफलाह ने कहा क्या तुम अपने चाचा से भी परदा करोगी .मैंने पूछा तो उसने बताया कि तुमने मेरे भाई के साथ एकही स्त्री का दूध पिया है .जब मैंने रसूल से पूछा तो वह बोले अफलः ठीक कह रहा है .उसे बात करने दो "
Narrated Aisha: 
Aflah asked the permission to visit me but I did not allow him. He said, "Do you veil yourself before me although I am your uncle?" `Aisha said, "How is that?" Aflah replied, "You were suckled by my brother's wife with my brother's milk." I asked Allah's Apostle about it, and he said, "Aflah is right, so permit him to visit you." 
(Sahih-ul-Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 48, Number 812) 
"इब्ने अब्बास ने कहा कि रसूल ने हमजा कि बेटी के बारे में कहा कि मैं शरियत के मुताबिक उस से शादी नहीं कर सकता ,क्योंकि दूध का रिश्ता शादी के मामले में खून के रिश्ते के बराबर होता है .और वह लड़की मेरे दूध भाई की लड़की है "
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: 
The Prophet said about Hamza's daughter, "I am not legally permitted to marry her, as foster relations are treated like blood relations (in marital affairs). She is the daughter of my foster brother." 
(Sahih-ul-Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 48, Number 813)
यह तो कुरान और हदीस की सिर्फ लिखी हुई बातें हैं ,लेकिन जब मुसलमान वासना में अंधे हो जाते हैं ,तो कुरान और हदीस को एक तरफ पटक देते है .और केवल अपनी अय्याशी को ही कुरान हदीस मानते है . वैसे तो ऐसे कई उदहारण हैं ,लेकिन लेख को छोटा रखने के लिए मुख्य अंश दिए जा रहे है .सभी प्रमाणिक हदीसों ले लिए गए हैं -
3-अपनी पत्नी का दूध पीना जायज है 
"याह्या से मलिक ने कहा की एक आदमी अबू मूसा अल अशरी के पास गया ,और बोला मैंने अपनी पत्नी के स्तन से दूध पिया है जो मेरे पेट में चला गया ..अबुमुसा ने कहा मेरे विचार से यह हराम है .लेकिन अब्दुलाह बिन मसूद ने कहा ऐसा दूध का रिश्ता केवल पहले दो सालों के लिए जायज है .इस पर अबू मूसा ने कहा जब तुम खुद जानते हो तो मुझ से क्यों पूछते हो "
Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that a man said to Abu Musa al-Ashari, "I drank some milk from my wife's breasts and it went into my stomach." Abu Musa said, "I can only but think that she is haram for you." Abdullah ibn Masud said, "Look at what opinion you are giving the man." Abu Musa said, "Then what do you say?" Abdullah ibn Masud said, "There is only kinship by suckling in the first two years." 
Abu Musa said, "Do not ask me about anything while this learned man is among you." 
   Imam Malik’s MuwattaBook   Book 30, Number 30.2.14: ,
4-मुसलमान औरतों का दूध पीते थे 
"यहया ने मलिक से रिवायत की है ,नफी ने कहा ,उम्मुल मोमिनीन हफ्शा ने अबुलाह बिन साद नामके किशोर को अपनी बहिन फातिमा बिन्त उमर बिन खत्ताब के पास भेजा ,और उसे दस बार अपना स्तनपान करने को कहा .ताकि वह बिना रोक के घर आ सके .बाद में फातिमा ने यही किया .और लड़का घर आने लगा "
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Safiyya bint Abi Ubayd told him that Hafsa, umm al-muminin, sent Asim ibn Abdullah ibn Sad to her sister Fatima bint Umar ibn al-Khattab for her to suckle him ten times so that he could come in to see her. She did it, so he used to come in to see her.

5-युवकों को स्तनपान कराओ 
"आयशा ने कहा कि अबू हुजैफा ने एक गुलाम सलीम को आजाद किया था जो ,उसके घर के पास रहता था और अक्सर सुहैल कि लड़की के पास जाता रहता था .यह देख कर रसूल बोले सलीम अब जवान हो रहा ,और दूसरों कि तरह सब समझता है .इसलिए तुम अपनी लड़की को उसका दूध पिलाने को कहो .ताकि उसके दिल से खोट निकल जाये ,जब लड़की यही किया और कहा कि जैसे ही मैंने उस लडके को अपना दूध पिलाया उसके दिल से सभी खोट निकल गई ."
'A'isha ,reported that Salim, the freed slave of Abu Hadhaifa, lived with him and his family in their house. She (i. e. the daughter of Suhail came to Allah's Apostle (m and said: Salim has attained (puberty) as men attain, and he understands what they understand, and he enters our house freely, I, however, perceive that something (rankles) in the heart of Abu Hudhaifa, whereupon Allah's Apostle ,said to her: Suckle him and you would become unlawful for him, and (the rankling) which Abu Hudhaifa feels in his heart will disappear. She returned and said: So I suckled him, and what (was there) in the heart of Abu Hudhaifa disappeared.
Sahih Muslim-Book 008, Number 3425:
6-आयशा युवकों को स्तनपान कराती थी 
"उम्मे सलमा ने आयशा से कहा कि तुम्हारे पास एक किशोर आता है ,जो जवान हो रहा है ,क्या तुम नहीं चाहती कि वह मेरे पास भी आया करे .आयशा ने रसूल के आदर्श का उदहारण दिया ,जब अबू हुजैफा की पत्नी ने रसूल से कहा कि मेरे घर में सलीम नामक लड़का आता है ,जो जवान हो रहा है ,लगता है उसके दिल में खोट है .रसूल ने कहा तुम उस लडके को अपना स्तनपान कराओ .उसके दिल का खोट निकल जायेगा ."इसलिए तुम भी यही करो 
Umm Salama said to 'A'isha : A young boy who is at the threshold of puberty comes to you. I, however, do not like that he should come to me, whereupon 'A'isha said: Don't you see in Allah's Messenger .a model for you? She also said: The wife of Abu Hudhaifa said: Messenger of Allah, Salim comes to me and now he is a (grown-up) person, and there is something that (rankles) in the mind of Abu Hudhaifa about him, whereupon Allah's Messenger .said: Suckle him (so that he may become your foster-child), and thus he may be able to come to you (freely).
Sahih Muslim-Book 008, Number 3427:
7-दासी को दूध पिलाने की सजा 
"याहया ने मलिक से रिवायत की .,कि एक व्यक्ति अब्दुलाह इब्न दीनार उमर बिन खत्ताब की अदालत में गया ,और वयस्क व्यक्ति द्वारा स्त्री के स्तनपान के बारे में सवाल किया .उसने उमर को बताया कि मैं अपनी दासी के साथ सम्भोग करता हूँ .एक बार मेरी पत्नी ने देख लिया ,और उस लड़की को अपना दूध पिला दिया .इस बात पर उमर ने अब्दुल्लाह को अपनी पत्नी को पीटने का आदेश दिया .और वापिस उसी गुलाम लड़की के पास(सम्भोग के लिए ) भेज दिया "
Yahya related to me from Malik that Abdullah ibn Dinar said, "A man came to Abdullah ibn Umar when I was with him at the place where judgments were given and asked him about the suckling of an older person. Abdullah ibn Umar replied, ‘A man came to Umar ibn al-Khattab and said, 'I have a slave-girl and I used to have intercourse with her. My wife went to her and suckled her. When I went to the girl, my wife told me to watch out, because she had suckled her!' Umar told him TO BEAT HIS WIFE and to go to his slave-girl ."
    Imam Malik’s Muwatta-Book 30, Number 30.2.13:
8-औरतें मर्दों को स्तनपान कराएं 
सऊदी अरब में कुछ ऐसे विभाग हैं ,जिनमे औरतें भी काम करती है .जिसके लिए उन्हें मर्दों के संपर्क में आना पड़ता है .और इस्लाम में औरतों को अपने निकट सम्बन्धियों के अलावा किसी से भी मेलजोल रखने की पाबन्दी है .इसलिए वहां की सरकार के कानून मंत्री "अबी इशाकअल हुवैती "ने मुल्लों की सलाह से एक फतवा जारी कर दिया .जो गल्फ न्यूज और टी वी में 7 जून 2011 में प्रकाशित हुआ .इसमे कहा गया है कि औरतें अपने सहकर्मियों को सीधे अपने स्तन से नियमित रूप से अपना दूध पिलाया करें .ताकि उनके बीच में दूध का रिश्ता माना जाये ."अर्थात औरते और मर्द इस दूध के रिश्ते की आड़ में अय्याशी कर सकते है .( पूरी लिंक देखिये )

मेरा उन मुस्लिम ब्लोगरों से सवाल है ,जो निरुत्तर होकर बौखला जाते हैं ,और कमेन्ट में माँ बहिन की गालियाँ देते हैं ,वह बताएं कि कुरान के अनुसार जब किसी स्त्री का दूध पीने से वह माँ बन जाती है .तो ऐसी दूध के रिश्ते की माँ के साथ सम्भोग करने वालों को क्या कहा जा सकता है ?हम गाली देने में नहीं ,बल्कि गाली को सिद्ध करने में विश्वास रखते हैं .और माँ की गाली देना महापाप समझते हैं .अब पाठक बताएं .
